INGREDIENTES

- 🦑 1 squid
Vegetables
- 1/2 bitter melon
- 🌽 1/2 can corn (60g)
Condiments
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
PASOS
Remove the squid's body from the innards, pull out the innards along with the tentacles, and remove the cartilage. Cut the tentacles below the eyes, and remove the beak and suckers.
Peel off the fins, and cut the body and fins into 1 cm wide strips.
Remove the seeds and pith from the bitter melon, and slice it into rings.
Heat 1 tbsp of mayonnaise in a frying pan over medium heat. Once melted, add the squid and bitter melon, and stir-fry until the squid is cooked through.
Add the corn, remaining mayonnaise, soy sauce, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir-fry until well combined.
