INGREDIENTES

- 🦑 200g squid
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 leek, sliced
- 1 piece ginger, julienned
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
PASOS
Clean the squid by removing the internal organs, cartilage, and ink sac. Wash quickly under water, pat dry, and cut into 1cm wide strips. Prepare the tentacles by removing the beak and trimming the ends.
Slice the leek diagonally into 1cm pieces and julienne the ginger.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the ginger and squid, stir-frying until the squid changes color.
Add the leek and stir-fry until softened. Mix in the seasonings (mayonnaise, oyster sauce, salt, and pepper) and stir until well combined.
