- 🦑 150g frozen squid
Vegetables
- 10 shishito peppers
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 packet (3g) bonito flakes
PASOS
Defrost the frozen squid under running water. Remove the stems from the shishito peppers and make small cuts in each.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the squid.
Once the squid is cooked, add the shishito peppers and the seasoning ingredients. Stir-fry until the liquid evaporates.
