INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 🐟 2 fillets swordfish
Vegetables
- 🍃 50g snow peas
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🥪 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
PASOS
Remove the stems and strings from the snow peas.
Cut the swordfish into 2 cm wide pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and cook the swordfish over medium heat until fully cooked.
Add the snow peas and the ☆ seasonings (soy sauce, mayonnaise, and pepper) to the pan and stir-fry until the seasonings are well blended.
