  • Seafood

    • 70g canned tuna (water-packed)
  • Vegetables

    • 🥕 75g carrot, julienned
    • 4 green beans, sliced
  • Oil

    • 1 tbsp salad oil
  • Seasonings

    • 2 tbsp mirin
    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1/3 tsp dashi powder
