INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 3 large turnips
- Turnip leaves, as needed
Fish
- 🐟 2 fillets of salted salmon
Mushrooms
- 🍄 4 shiitake mushrooms
Oils and Seasonings
- 2 1/2 tsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Salt and pepper, a pinch
- 1/2 to 1 tsp chili oil
PASOS
Peel and cut the turnips into bite-sized pieces. Chop the turnip leaves finely.
Slice the shiitake mushrooms and cut the salmon fillets into smaller pieces.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the turnips and shiitake mushrooms.
Add the salmon pieces to the pan and cook until they are lightly browned.
Pour sake into the pan and season with salt and pepper. Stir well.
Add the chopped turnip leaves and chili oil. Stir-fry briefly until the leaves are wilted.
