INGREDIENTES
Noodles
- 🍜 2 packs frozen udon noodles
Meat
- 🐖 120g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 125g pea shoots
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🥕 50g carrot, thinly sliced
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1.5 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
PASOS
Cut the pea shoots into 3cm pieces, slice the onion thinly, and cut the carrot into thin strips.
Place the frozen udon noodles on a microwave-safe plate, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and heat according to package instructions.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add pork slices, and stir-fry until the color changes. Add onion and carrot, and stir-fry until softened.
Add the udon noodles to the pan and stir-fry briefly. Add the seasoning (sake and soy sauce) and mix well. Finally, add the pea shoots and stir to combine.
