    • 💧 300cc water
    • 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1/3 tsp consomme
    • A pinch of pepper
  • Garnish

    • A pinch of chopped parsley

Cut the onions in half horizontally. Scoop out the center and finely chop it for the meat filling. Lightly coat the inside of the onion halves with flour.

In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs and milk to moisten. Add ground pork, chopped onion, salt, and pepper. Mix until sticky. Stuff each onion half with 1/4 of the meat mixture, making 4 stuffed onions in total.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the stuffed onions meat-side down and cook until browned. Flip them over, add the soup seasoning ingredients, cover, and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.

Serve the stuffed onions in a bowl and garnish with chopped parsley.
