INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🍄 6 shiitake mushrooms
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- potato starch as needed
- shredded shiso leaves as needed
Filling Ingredients
- 100g ground chicken
- 🧅 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 tbsp potato starch
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
PASOS
Clean the shiitake mushrooms and remove the stems. Mince the soft parts of the stems. Chop the green onions.
Mix the minced stems, green onions, and other filling ingredients in a bowl until sticky.
Dust the inside of the shiitake caps with potato starch and fill each with 1/6 of the mixture to make 6 stuffed mushrooms.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Place the stuffed mushrooms filling-side down, reduce to low heat, cover, and cook for 2 minutes.
Remove the lid, add the seasoning ingredients, and simmer over medium heat while shaking the pan until glossy. Serve with shredded shiso leaves on top.
