INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 300g pork chunks
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 potatoes
- 🥕 1 carrot
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 💧 200cc water
- 3 tbsp sake (2 for marinade, 1 for cooking)
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Garnish
- 🌱 Chopped green onions, as needed
- 🥚 Onsen egg, as needed
PASOS
Cut the potatoes and carrot into bite-sized pieces.
Place the pork chunks in a bowl, add 2 tbsp sake, and massage. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
Heat a frying pan with 1 tbsp salad oil. Add the pork, grated ginger, and grated garlic, and stir-fry until the pork changes color.
Add the potatoes and carrot to the pan and continue stir-frying.
Add 1 tbsp sake, 200cc water, 1 tbsp mirin, 1 tbsp sugar, and 2 tbsp soy sauce. Simmer for 6–7 minutes.
Cook until the potatoes are tender and the liquid has reduced to coat the ingredients.
Serve on a plate, top with an onsen egg and chopped green onions.
