INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🥔 3 potatoes
- 1 tsp cooking oil
Seasonings
- 6 tbsp corn syrup
- 3.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
PASOS
Peel the potatoes and slice them into 1cm thick pieces. Stir-fry them in a pan with 1 tsp of cooking oil. Use a well-coated pan.
Once the potatoes are slightly stir-fried, add minced garlic to enhance the aroma.
Lower the heat and add corn syrup.
Mix the corn syrup evenly and cover the pan with a lid. The steam created inside the pan will help cook the potatoes without adding water.
When the syrup starts bubbling, open the lid, stir the potatoes once, and cover again. Cook slowly until the potatoes are almost done.
When the potatoes are tender, add soy sauce and leave the lid open.
Stir gently to prevent burning and reduce the sauce until it thickens and coats the potatoes.
Sprinkle sesame seeds to finish.
