INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 🐟 200g swordfish fillets
Vegetables
- 🥒 1 zucchini (170g), sliced
- 1/2 red bell pepper (75g), chopped
- 1 piece ginger, thinly sliced
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 150ml water
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
PASOS
Cut the swordfish into 4 equal pieces.
Slice the zucchini into 1.5–2cm thick pieces. Remove seeds and stem from the red bell pepper and chop into bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice the ginger.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the swordfish and cook until both sides are browned, flipping occasionally. Add zucchini, red bell pepper, and ginger, and stir-fry until coated with oil.
Add water, sake, and sugar to the pan. Cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for 5–6 minutes. Add soy sauce, mix well, cover again, and simmer for another 5–6 minutes.
