INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🍗 100g chicken breast
- 🧂 2 pinches of salt
- 2 pinches of ground pepper
- 1/2 paprika, diced
- 🧅 1/2 onion, diced
- 🧄 2 cloves of garlic, sliced
Sauce Ingredients
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp chili sauce
- 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
PASOS
Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
Season the chicken pieces with salt and ground pepper.
Dice the paprika into square pieces.
Dice the onion into square pieces.
Slice the garlic cloves thinly.
Mix soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, chili sauce, and ketchup to create the sauce.
Coat the marinated chicken with cornstarch.
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the chicken on medium heat.
Add the diced vegetables to the pan and stir-fry on high heat.
Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and stir-fry on high heat until well combined.
