INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🍗 1 chicken breast (300g)
- 🧅 1/2 scallion, chopped
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- Potato starch as needed
Cooking Oil
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
PASOS
Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper. Lightly coat with potato starch.
Chop the scallion into coarse pieces.
Mix the seasoning sauce ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, ketchup) in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until fully cooked. Add scallions and the seasoning sauce, then simmer until the sauce thickens.
