    • 1 tbsp mirin
    • 🍬 1 tsp sugar
    • 1 tbsp vinegar
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • A pinch of dashi powder
    • 💧 200ml water
  • Thickener

    • 1 tbsp potato starch
    • 💧 1 tbsp water
