INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 150g pork slices
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1/2 red paprika, sliced
Cooking Oil
- 3 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp potato starch
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🍅 3 tbsp ketchup
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 3 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp potato starch
PASOS
Slice the onion into wedges and the red paprika into quarters, then halve diagonally.
Mix pork slices with salt, pepper, and potato starch in a bowl, then form into 8 bite-sized balls.
Combine all sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add pork balls, and cook over medium heat until browned and firm. Remove from pan.
In the same pan, stir-fry onion and red paprika until softened. Return pork balls to the pan, add the sauce, and cook until thickened.
