INGREDIENTES
Seafood
- 🦪 50g sashimi-grade scallops
Vegetables
- 2 leaves (160g) Chinese cabbage
- 🧅 5cm (15g) green onion, minced
- 1/2 piece ginger, julienned
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
☆ Seasoning
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 🍶 1 tbsp vinegar
PASOS
Cut the Chinese cabbage in half lengthwise and slice thinly. Place in a bowl, add 1/4 tsp salt, and massage. Let sit for 10 minutes, then squeeze out excess water. Mince the green onion and julienne the ginger.
Cut the scallops into quarters.
In a bowl, mix the ☆ seasonings, ginger, and green onion. Add the cabbage and scallops, then toss to combine. Transfer to a serving dish.
Heat sesame oil in a small pan over medium heat. Drizzle evenly over the dish.
