- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken breast
- 🌾 sufficient amount of all-purpose flour
- 🌰 4 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🍶 2 tsp vinegar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
PASOS
Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and coat both sides with all-purpose flour.
In a bowl, mix sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, and grated ginger. Add the chicken pieces and mix well. Let it marinate for 5 minutes.
Pat the chicken dry with a paper towel, place it on a plate, and sprinkle sesame seeds on both sides, pressing gently to adhere.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown on one side, then flip and cook through.
