INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 120g ground pork
- 6 shiitake mushrooms
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced (50g)
- 1 green pepper (30g)
- 🥕 1/3 carrot (50g)
- potato starch, as needed
- 2 tsp salad oil
Meat Mixture
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp potato starch
- pepper, to taste
Sweet and Sour Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1/2 tbsp potato starch
- 💧 150ml water
PASOS
Prepare shiitake mushrooms by trimming stems and mincing them. Mince onion, slice carrot into 1cm rounds, and cut green pepper into bite-sized pieces.
Mix all sauce ingredients (★) in a bowl and set aside.
Combine ground pork, minced onion, minced shiitake stems, and meat mixture ingredients (☆) in a bag. Mix until sticky.
Dust the inside of shiitake caps with potato starch. Pipe meat mixture into caps using the bag, dividing evenly among 6 caps.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Place stuffed mushrooms meat-side down and cook for 2 minutes until browned. Flip, add carrots, cover, and steam on low heat for 5 minutes.
Add green pepper and stir-fry briefly. Pour in sauce mixture and simmer gently until thickened.
