INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🍗 2 chicken tenders
- 1/2 burdock root
- Potato starch as needed
- Salad oil as needed
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
PASOS
Cut burdock into 3cm pieces and halve them lengthwise. Remove tendons from chicken tenders and slice diagonally into 2cm pieces.
Place burdock and chicken in a bowl, sprinkle potato starch, and coat evenly.
Heat 2cm of oil in a frying pan to 170°C and fry the coated burdock and chicken until cooked through and crispy.
In a small pan, combine soy sauce, sake, sugar, and white sesame seeds. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Add the fried burdock and chicken to the sauce, toss to coat evenly, and serve.
