INGREDIENTES
Staple
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Protein
- 150g ground pork
Vegetable
- 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 125g konjac (pre-boiled)
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
PASOS
Cut the root off the shimeji mushrooms and roughly chop them. Dice the konjac into 7mm cubes.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the konjac. Stir-fry for about 2 minutes. Add salad oil and stir briefly, then add ground pork and grated ginger. Cook until the pork changes color.
Add the shimeji mushrooms and stir-fry until softened. Mix in the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce) and stir to combine.
Serve the cooked mixture over bowls of rice and garnish with chopped green onion.
