INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🐖 200g pork slices
Coating
- Potato starch as needed
Oil
- Salad oil as needed
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp grated ginger
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🌰 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds
PASOS
Mix pork slices with sake, salt, pepper, and grated ginger in a bowl. Divide into 8 portions and shape into sticks. Coat evenly with potato starch.
Heat salad oil in a pan to 180°C and fry the pork sticks for 5 minutes until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Wipe excess oil from the pan with a paper towel. Add sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, and sesame seeds to the pan. Heat until thickened, then toss the fried pork sticks in the sauce.
