INGREDIENTES
Protein
- 🍗 250g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🍠 300g roasted sweet potato
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🥢 1 tbsp soy sauce
PASOS
Cut off the ends of the roasted sweet potato, slice it in half lengthwise, and cut into 1cm thick slices.
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and coat with cornstarch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, place the chicken skin-side down, and cook until browned. Flip the chicken, cover with a lid, and steam on low heat for 2–3 minutes until fully cooked.
Add the sweet potato slices to the pan and stir-fry until coated with oil. Add the seasoning mixture (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce) and stir quickly to coat everything evenly.
