INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 200g bean sprouts
- 2 green bell peppers, sliced
Oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 4g bonito flakes
- 💧 50ml water
PASOS
Cut the green bell peppers in half lengthwise, remove the stems and seeds, and slice thinly.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the bean sprouts and bell peppers, and stir-fry briefly.
Add the seasonings (mirin, soy sauce, grated ginger, bonito flakes, and water) and bring to a boil. Simmer while stirring until the liquid reduces.
