INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🍗 1 chicken thigh (250g)
- 🥕 1 carrot
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Sweet and Spicy Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp BBQ sauce
- 1 packet (4g) bonito flakes
- 1/2 tsp sliced red chili
PASOS
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces and season both sides with salt and pepper.
Peel the carrot, trim the ends, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, place the chicken skin-side down, and cook until browned. Flip the chicken, add carrots, and stir-fry. Add 2 tbsp of water, cover, and steam on low heat for 3 minutes.
Add the sweet and spicy sauce ingredients and stir-fry quickly to combine.
