INGREDIENTES
Protein
- 🍗 250g skinless chicken breast
Vegetables
- 🥔 300g potatoes, sliced thinly
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 sheet roasted seaweed
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
PASOS
Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces using a slanted slicing technique and season with salt and pepper.
Slice the potatoes into 5mm half-moon shapes and soak in water for 5 minutes. Drain thoroughly.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the chicken until its color changes.
Add the potatoes to the pan and stir-fry until they become translucent. Mix in the sauce ingredients and stir-fry together. Add sesame oil and torn seaweed, then stir briefly.
