INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🍗 200g chicken thigh
- 🥔 300g potatoes
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 🧅 1 green onion
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
PASOS
Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and soak them in water. Place the wet potatoes in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.
Trim the root of the green onion and slice it diagonally into 3cm pieces.
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the chicken skin-side down and cook until browned. Flip the chicken, add the potatoes, and stir-fry until coated with oil. Add 1 tbsp of water, cover, and steam over low heat for 5 minutes.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce) and stir-fry until glossy.
Plate the dish and sprinkle with sliced green onions.
