INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 150g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 4 taro roots, peeled
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Condiments
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sake
Others
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tbsp salad oil
PASOS
Peel the taro roots and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Rub with salt to remove the sliminess, rinse with water, and drain. Place in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.
Place the sliced pork in a bowl and coat evenly with potato starch.
Mix the soy sauce, mirin, sugar, and sake in a separate bowl to prepare the sauce.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork and stir-fry until the color changes. Then add the taro and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
Add the prepared sauce and stir-fry until everything is well coated. Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onions.
