INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥒 1 cucumber
- 🧅 Sliced onion, adequate amount
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🌾 Sprinkle of sesame seeds
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
PASOS
Wash the cucumber thoroughly, peel the skin with a peeler, and slice it into small pieces. Place in a bowl.
Add 1 tsp of salt to the cucumber slices and mix well. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
Squeeze out the water from the cucumber slices.
Add sliced onion, minced garlic, vinegar, sugar, and sesame seeds to the cucumber.
Mix everything well until evenly coated. Serve immediately.
