- 🍠 300g boiled sweet potato
- 🌰 20g sliced almonds
- 🥣 30g oatmeal
- 🌻 30g sunflower seeds
- 🎃 30g pumpkin seeds
- 🍒 50g dried cranberries

- 🥛 As needed milk or soy milk
- As needed olive oil
PASOS
Peel the boiled sweet potatoes and mash them in a bowl using a fork or potato masher. If the sweet potatoes are too cold, microwave them for 30 seconds to 1 minute to soften.
Add sliced almonds, oatmeal, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and dried cranberries to the mashed sweet potatoes.
Mix the ingredients thoroughly. If the mixture is too dry, add a small amount of milk or soy milk to adjust the consistency.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and lightly grease it with olive oil. Also, grease your hands with oil to prevent sticking.
Divide the mixture into 6 portions and shape them into cookies. Lightly brush the tops of the cookies with oil.
Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 15 minutes. Flip the cookies and bake for another 15 minutes.
Let the cookies cool on a wire rack. Enjoy them warm or after cooling for 30 minutes for a crispier texture.
