INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🍞 4 slices of bread
- 🍠 2-3 boiled large sweet potatoes
- 🥛 100-130g whipped cream
- 🍯 2 tbsp honey or syrup
PASOS
Mash the boiled sweet potatoes with 2 tbsp of honey or syrup until smooth.
Cut off the crusts of all bread slices and spread whipped cream evenly on each slice.
Spread a generous layer of mashed sweet potato on top of the whipped cream.
Repeat the layering process (bread → whipped cream → sweet potato) for all slices except the top layer.
After stacking all layers, coat the top and sides of the cake with whipped cream.
Blend the reserved bread crusts into crumbs using a mixer.
Apply the bread crumbs to the sides and bottom of the cake. Decorate with desired toppings.
