- 🍠 200g sweet potato
- 🍇 20g dried cranberries
- 🌾 150g cake flour
- 🧈 50g cold butter
- 🧂 1 tsp baking powder
- 🍬 50g sugar
- 🥛 40g milk
- 🥛 1-2 tbsp milk for brushing
PASOS
Cut the sweet potato into thumb-sized pieces.
Mix cake flour, baking powder, and sugar using a fork.
Add cold butter and cut it into small pieces while mixing with the flour.
Once the butter is evenly distributed, add milk and mix lightly with a fork.
Add sweet potato and dried cranberries to the dough.
Place the dough in a plastic bag and form it into a rough ball. Chill in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Divide the chilled dough into 6 equal portions.
Brush the tops of the scones lightly with milk.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
Cool the scones on a wire rack before serving.
