INGREDIENTES
Essential Ingredients
- 250g rice cake
- 🎃 200g sweet pumpkin
- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
- 3 strips bacon
- 🧄 1 tbsp sliced garlic
- 🥦 50g broccoli
- 🥛 1 cup milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
Seasoning Ingredients
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese powder
- Pinch of parsley flakes
PASOS
Slice the onion and cut bacon into 2cm pieces.
Microwave the sweet pumpkin for 5 minutes with plastic wrap pierced with holes, then mash it.
Boil water with a pinch of salt and blanch the broccoli.
Heat a pan with cooking oil and sauté garlic, sliced onion, and bacon.
Add milk, cream, and mashed pumpkin to the pan and bring to a boil.
Add rice cakes and broccoli, season with salt and pepper, then sprinkle Parmesan cheese powder and parsley flakes before serving.
