- 🥒 1 cucumber (100g), julienned
- 20g dried daikon radish

- 1 tbsp vinegar

PASOS
Soak dried daikon radish in a bowl of water for 7 minutes, then squeeze out excess water and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Cut off both ends of the cucumber and julienne it. Rub with 1/4 tsp salt (not listed in ingredients) and let sit for 7 minutes. Rinse with water and drain well.
Cut ham in half and slice into thin strips.
