INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 🐟 200g swordfish fillets
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
- sufficient amount of flour
- sufficient amount of breadcrumbs
- 🧂 a pinch of salt and pepper
- 3 tbsp olive oil
Tartar Sauce
- 🥚 1 boiled egg
- 🧅 1/4 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
- 🧂 a pinch of pepper
PASOS
Season both sides of the swordfish fillets with salt and pepper. Coat them with flour, dip in beaten egg, and cover with breadcrumbs.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the fillets and cook until golden brown on one side. Flip and cook for about 5 minutes until fully cooked.
Finely chop the boiled egg. Mince the onion and soak it in water to remove sharpness, then drain.
Mix the boiled egg, onion, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and pepper in a bowl to prepare the tartar sauce.
Plate the cooked swordfish fillets and drizzle with tartar sauce.
