INGREDIENTES
Rice
- 🍚 2 cups soaked rice
Vegetables
- 100g water-packed bamboo shoots
Protein
- 1 piece fried tofu (20g)
Liquid
- 💧 Water as needed
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp white dashi
PASOS
Cut the bamboo shoots into manageable pieces: slice the root into thin pieces and cut the tips into bite-sized wedges. Wipe off excess oil from the fried tofu and slice it into 7mm strips.
Add the soaked rice, seasonings (sake, soy sauce, white dashi), and water to the rice cooker, filling up to the 2-cup mark. Mix well and flatten the rice. Place the bamboo shoots and tofu evenly on top, then cook as usual.
