INGREDIENTES

- 🥚 6 eggs
- 150g ground beef
- 150g ground pork
- 🧅 2 tbsp chopped onion
- 2 tbsp chopped green onion
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 3 tbsp flour
- 🥚 1 egg
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Generous amount of cooking oil
Seasoning Ingredients
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 2 tbsp tonkatsu sauce
PASOS
Heat a pan with a small amount of cooking oil and sauté garlic, onion, and green onion.
Remove the sautéed vegetables from the pan and let them cool slightly.
Mix ground beef, ground pork, sautéed vegetables, and seasoning ingredients together.
Wrap the seasoned meat mixture around a soft-boiled egg.
Coat the meat-wrapped egg in flour, then dip in beaten egg, and finally cover with breadcrumbs.
Deep-fry in preheated cooking oil until golden brown.
Serve with mayonnaise and tonkatsu sauce.
