INGREDIENTES
Rice
- 🍚 2 cups soaked rice
Chicken
- 🍗 1 piece chicken thigh (250g)
Vegetables
- 🥕 80g mixed vegetables
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Spices
- 60g curry roux (3 pieces)
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
Liquid
- 💧 Water as needed
Butter
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Tandoori Chicken Seasoning
- 🥛 100g unsweetened yogurt
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍅 2 tsp ketchup
- 🥪 1 tsp mayonnaise
PASOS
Chop the curry roux into small pieces and cut the chicken thigh into two portions.
Combine 1/3 of the curry roux, tandoori chicken seasoning ingredients, and chicken in a bag. Marinate for 1 hour.
Heat salad oil in a pan and cook the marinated chicken on medium heat until browned on both sides.
Place soaked rice and water up to the 2-cup mark in the rice cooker. Add remaining curry roux, salt, and mixed vegetables. Mix lightly.
Place the cooked tandoori chicken on top and start the rice cooker.
Once cooked, remove the chicken and mix butter into the pilaf.
Slice the chicken into bite-sized pieces, plate with pilaf, and serve.
