INGREDIENTES
Rice
- 🍚 2 cups washed rice
Seafood
- 🐟 5 slices tuna sashimi
- 🍤 5 slices shrimp sashimi
- 🧡 50g salmon roe
Vegetables
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber, peeled into thin slices
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Sushi Vinegar
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 🍶 3 tbsp vinegar
Egg Mixture
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🍬 1/3 tsp sugar
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 🥢 1/4 tsp soy sauce
- Pinch of dashi powder
- 🍶 2 tsp sake
PASOS
Add washed rice to a rice cooker and fill water slightly below the 2-cup mark. Cook the rice as usual.
Mix sugar, salt, and vinegar in a bowl to prepare sushi vinegar.
Transfer cooked rice to a bowl and mix with sushi vinegar.
Peel cucumber into thin slices using a peeler.
Combine egg, sugar, salt, soy sauce, dashi powder, and sake in a bowl to make egg mixture.
Heat salad oil in a pan over low heat and pour in the egg mixture. Spread evenly and cook until set. Flip and cook lightly on the other side.
Cool the egg and cut into 5 equal radial slices.
Wrap 1/20th of the sushi rice in plastic wrap and shape into a ball. Repeat for a total of 20 rice balls.
Wrap cucumber around 5 rice balls and top with salmon roe. Repeat for all cucumber-wrapped sushi.
Place tuna, shrimp, or egg slices on each rice ball, wrap with plastic wrap, and shape into temari sushi. Repeat for all toppings.
