INGREDIENTES
Base
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Protein
- 🐖 200g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced (100g)
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Garnish
- Red pickled ginger, as needed
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
PASOS
Slice the onion thinly.
Place pork, onion, and seasoning ingredients into a freezer bag. Massage the bag to mix well, flatten the contents, and seal the bag. Freeze overnight on a metal tray.
Remove the frozen mixture from the bag and place it in a frying pan. Cover and steam over medium heat. Once partially thawed, gently break apart the mixture and continue cooking over medium-low heat for about 5 minutes. Remove the lid and stir-fry to evaporate excess moisture.
Serve the cooked pork mixture over bowls of rice. Garnish with red pickled ginger and chopped green onion.
