INGREDIENTES
Protein
- 🍗 250g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🥔 300g new potatoes
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
PASOS
Cut the new potatoes into quarters with the skin on, rinse in water, and lightly drain. Place in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes. Drain and let cool slightly.
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the chicken skin-side down and cook until browned. Flip and cook until the color changes.
Add the microwaved potatoes to the pan and stir-fry until coated with oil. Add all seasonings except mayonnaise and stir to combine.
Turn off the heat and add mayonnaise, mixing well. Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onions.
