INGREDIENTES
Bread
- 🍞 2 slices of sandwich bread
Meat
- 🍖 100g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
- 🍄 1/3 pack of shimeji mushrooms
- 🥬 2 lettuce leaves
Condiments
- Mayonnaise, as needed
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
PASOS
Cut the sandwich bread in half and make a slit. Toast in a toaster.
Slice the onion thinly and trim the root of shimeji mushrooms, separating them.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add pork, and cook until the color changes. Season with salt and pepper.
Add onion and shimeji mushrooms to the pan and stir-fry until softened. Add the seasoning ingredients and coat the mixture.
Spread mayonnaise on the toasted bread, tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces, and assemble the sandwich with the cooked ingredients.
