    • 40g mentaiko
    • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Garnish

Cut the green onion into small pieces.

Pat the fried tofu with a paper towel to remove excess oil. Make a cut inside and scoop out the inner part with a spoon. Chop the scooped-out part and coat the tofu with potato starch.

Cut open the mentaiko and extract the contents. Mix the mentaiko with mayonnaise in a bowl to make mentaiko mayo.

In a bowl, soak breadcrumbs in milk, then add the remaining meat filling ingredients along with the chopped tofu. Mix until sticky and divide into two portions.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan. Place the tofu with the meat side down and cook until browned. Flip and cover with a lid. Steam on low heat for 5–7 minutes until the meat is cooked through.
