INGREDIENTES

- 1 piece thick fried tofu
- 🧀 20g pizza cheese
Filling
- 🐟 1 can tuna
- 🧀 50g pizza cheese
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🥛 2 tbsp milk
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
PASOS
Cut a 1cm border on all four sides of the thick fried tofu, leaving the bottom intact. Scoop out the inside with a spoon and roughly chop the removed portion.
In a bowl, mix the chopped tofu with the filling ingredients (tuna, cheese, mayonnaise, milk, salt, pepper, and soy sauce).
Fill the hollowed-out tofu with the mixture and top with pizza cheese. Place on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil.
Bake in a toaster oven for about 10 minutes or until the cheese melts and turns golden.
