INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🥩 400g thinly sliced pork belly
Meat Marinade
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp rice wine
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp ginger juice
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Green Onion Marinade
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp plum extract
- 1/3 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp ground sesame seeds
PASOS
Mix soy sauce, rice wine, minced garlic, ginger juice, plum extract, corn syrup, black pepper, and sesame oil to create the meat marinade.
Add the thinly sliced pork belly to the marinade and coat evenly. Let it rest while preparing the green onion.
Heat a pan and stir-fry the marinated pork belly until it is browned and the marinade is absorbed.
Slice green onion thinly and rinse in cold water. Dry thoroughly using a salad spinner.
Mix vinegar, plum extract, sugar, chili powder, sesame oil, and ground sesame seeds to create the green onion marinade. Toss the green onion with the marinade just before serving.
Serve the stir-fried pork belly alongside the marinated green onion.
