INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🐖 700g thinly sliced pork belly
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, thinly sliced
- 🧅 1 large onion, roughly chopped
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- A pinch of black pepper
Sauce Ingredients
- 3 tbsp red pepper powder
- 2 tbsp red pepper paste
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
PASOS
Prepare 700g of thinly sliced pork belly.
Thinly slice the green onion and roughly chop the onion.
Mix red pepper powder, red pepper paste, soy sauce, minced garlic, plum extract, and cooking wine to create the sauce.
Heat a pan on high heat and cook the pork belly.
Add 1 tbsp of sugar to the pork to enhance flavor.
Drain excess liquid and fat from the pan.
Add the vegetables and sauce to the pan and stir-fry together.
Continue stir-frying on high heat to avoid excess liquid forming.
Add 2 tbsp of corn syrup and 1 tbsp of sesame seeds, then stir quickly.
Turn off the heat and add a generous amount of black pepper and 2 tbsp of sesame oil.
Serve the stir-fry on a plate and enjoy your spicy and savory dish.
