    • 1 tsp vinegar
    • 1.5 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
    • 1/2 tbsp potato starch
    • 100ml water
  • Garnish

    • 2 shiso leaves

Wrap tofu in kitchen paper, place on a microwave-safe plate, and heat at 600W for 2 minutes. Let it cool and drain the water.
