- 🧈 1/2 block tofu
- 🍄 1/2 pack enoki mushrooms
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp allulose
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 💧 2 tbsp water
- 0.5 tbsp oyster sauce
PASOS
Pan-fry 1/2 block of tofu until golden and place on a plate.
Pan-fry 1/2 pack of enoki mushrooms until tender.
Mix 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp allulose, 0.5 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp minced garlic, and 2 tbsp water to create a sauce. Pour over the mushrooms and simmer until thickened.
Place the cooked mushrooms and sauce over the tofu and serve.
