    • 1 tsp sesame oil
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil for sauce
  • Seasoning

    • 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
    • Pinch of pepper
    • Pinch of pepper for garnish

Wrap tofu in kitchen paper and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Let it cool.

Slice scallions thinly and mix them in a bowl with salt, sesame oil, and pepper to make the scallion salt sauce.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Tear tofu into pieces and add to the pan. Cook until both sides are golden brown, flipping occasionally. Remove from the pan.

Heat the pan again over medium heat and add pork belly. Stir-fry until the surface is golden brown. Return tofu to the pan and stir-fry until the fat coats everything evenly.

Add scallion salt sauce to the pan and stir-fry until the scallions become tender.
