INGREDIENTES
Protein
- 🧈 150g firm tofu
- 🥓 6 slices bacon
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper

- Enough flour to coat
- 1 tbsp salad oil
PASOS
Cut the firm tofu into half thickness, then slice into 3 equal pieces. Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides.
Place one piece of tofu on a slice of bacon and roll it up. Repeat to make 6 rolls. Lightly coat each roll with flour.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the rolls seam-side down and cook until golden brown on both sides. Serve and sprinkle with additional pepper.
